Sublim Fumé is a dry white wine, renowned for its complex and subtle aromas of citrus fruits, pears, and fresh herbs. Originally from the Loire region of France, but reimagined here as Pelerin from the Drăgași Estate, this wine is elevated by the winemaker’s inspiration. The fermentation and aging process in oak barrels adds depth to its distinct notes of smoke and vanilla.

Merlot is a grape variety used to produce rosé, red, and even dessert wines. Originally from Bordeaux, France, Merlot is known for its smooth, fruity flavor and aromas of red berries, plums, and chocolate. The Pelerin range has it all, making it a perfect fit for most of us.

A good Merlot is characterized by rich aromas of red and black fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, chocolate, and spices. Arhon’s Merlot has a soft, velvety texture with well-integrated tannins. It offers a balance between fruitiness, acidity, and body, making it suitable for enjoying young or aging gracefully.

The 2017 Cabernet Franc offers distinct aromas of red and green fruits, such as strawberries and bell peppers. At this stage, the tannins are softer, with well-integrated acidity. The longer it spends in the bottle, the more notes of maturity, such as cedar wood or dark chocolate, can develop. At Arhon, it is set to be classified as Class I.
